Refunds Policy

Effective Date: May 2024

At The Laughing Lark, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@thelaughinglark.com with details about the product you would like to return.

  2. Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Return instructions will be sent to you via email. 

  3. Return Shipping: If approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thelaughinglark.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Credit Card Company: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Bank: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
